Post-Installation Checklist
Please take the time to inspect the flooring once the job has been completed. Bring any concerns to our attention as soon as possible. Talking with the installer right away could lead to the quickest remedy, however, feel free to email us at installs@tfstheflooringstore.com for later concerns.
Our installers will remove all waste pertaining to installation. However, we do not wash or clean your floors. This is the responsibility of the owner.
Temperature needs to be maintained between 68-70 degrees for 72 hours prior to installation. Failure to do so may void your installation warranty.
Hardwood must maintain 35-55% relative humidity for the life of the floor or warranty exclusions may apply.
